EBSCO's OneSearch lets you search across almost all of our databases with ONE SEARCH! Enter your search term, and you will get results from most of our resources. Search for specific subjects or just use "Vietnam War" as one of your keywords along with a topic, like "Vietnam War AND women." To find primary source narratives, use the search terms "Vietnam War AND narratives." 

For databases not included in the results, simply click on the  button on the left sidebar, choose the database you want, and find results on those sites. Give it a try and let us know what you think.
